Terms of service

Design services are provided under a written scope agreed before a project begins. All creative work, including textile prints, illustrations and design concepts, remains the intellectual property of ADNN Swim Studio unless a separate written assignment is agreed.

Print purchases are licenses, not sales of copyright. Each license states the permitted use, territory and deliverables. Redistribution or resale of original artwork files is not permitted. Exclusive licenses are confirmed by the studio and withdraw the print from sale.

Orders are invoiced; nothing is charged through this website. Files are released after payment is confirmed. Orders cancelled before payment are released without obligation.
